Nine years ago, we discovered Colonial Palms Oceanfront Motel at Daytona Beach Shores and we have been coming back each year since then. Daytona Beach Shores is so different than Daytona Beach. It is much more quiet and peaceful here. The family that owns Colonial Palms is very friendly and makes us feel at home. The same friendly people keep coming back to stay which makes each year more enjoyable. It has the nicest pool on the beach surrounded with a unique real grass courtyard. Probably what we enjoy most is the oceanview from the extra large picture window in our room and being able to enjoy the greatest beach in the world.
