to state tax and Volusia County Resort tax. Extra person $10.00 per
day and $20.00 during Special Events. Rates are subject to change without
notice, unless confirmed by deposit. A $100.00 deposit per room is required
to confirm a reservation, $200.00 for special events. 30 day notice required for cancellation refund. Refunds will not be made for early departure. Daily maid service except sundays and holidays.
